At Home: A Life & Style Photo Session
When I come into someone’s home to do a Life & Style photo session, I'm entering a magical place. This is the heart of the family, where all their favorite people reside and their most treasured possessions are cultivated. My mission, as a photographer, is to capture real-life moments with sincere expression. I love that genuine giggle between siblings, a bear hug with dad, the moody toddler that wants to hold on to mom's hand. Details that pass by us every day and will make us look back and say “I remember when…”.
A Life & Style photo session is a great way to celebrate your family, the wonderful life you have at this moment and the special bond you share. You don't have to leave your home, I come to you with all my equipment and full of creativity to take the best pictures you have ever seen of your family. There is no need for everything to be tidy or have the perfect home, it is about commemorating your family.
You will be getting a wide range of images that showcases your family uniqueness and you will have a hard time selecting your favorite ones. Don't feel you have to hang them all on your walls. They will work perfectly for a family photo book.
All you need to do is to be comfortable, wear clothing that represents your style and that makes you feel good. This is about you and your family. I can always guide you with plenty of styling tips and what to wear, but it's really about the details of your life.
It's all about hanging out as a family and having fun. There is a never ending list of things we can do, like making the family meal, setting train tracks in the middle of the room or dancing to your favorite song. I will capture these memories through many beautiful images. You will look at these pictures and treasure them, because they will remind you of your life’s story and there is nothing more powerful.
